1-2 pounds ground beef
1 can cream soup
Brown 1 to 2 pounds of ground beef, chuck or round in a skillet. Add one can of creame of mushroom soup. Pour mixture into a casserole dish. Top with your choice of cheese. Cover with a layer of tator tots. Bake about 20 minutes at 375 or until hot and bubbly Sprinkle with additional cheese is desired and put back in oven long enough to melt.
