Leftover Recipe: Cheesy Baked Chicken

As a mom, I'm always looking to stretch a dollar as far as it will go. As many know, meat isn't cheap. Fortunately there are lots of fillers you can add to make one small piece of meat into an entire meal for a whole family.

One of my favorite recipes that we've used in the past we call "Cheesy baked chicken". We used two small pieces of chicken that were left over from another package, and turned it into a full meal. Not only is it healthy, but it filled everyone up!

What you'll need:
2 Portions of Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breasts
Can of Corn
Mushrooms
Velveeta Cheese
Garlic, diced

Directions:
The chicken used in this recipe was left over from a package I didn't fully use, so I added the rest of the ingredients and baked them all together for about 45mins at 425*. If the chicken is already cooked, you can cut that time in about half.

Feel free to create your own types of leftover recipes using just one or two pieces of chicken or pork!
