A Fast Food Meal without the Fast Food Calories: Your Kids Will Love This

The average adult needs 2 servings daily of whole grains. The burger recipe uses whole grain products. So, what are whole grains you might ask? The fiber found in whole grains is essential in helping our bodies eliminate toxins. Whole grains also contain vitamins and minerals that aren’t found in other grains, such as white bread. Whole grains are also more filling; therefore we don’t feel hungry as often when we eat them.

Kids, as well as adults, will love these low calorie high flavor burgers. Make it a complete meal with the oven fried potatoes and a green salad.
