This is great to have on hand to fix quick Sloppy Joe's, goulash, etc.
4 onions, chopped 3 cloves of garlic, chopped 2 c chopped celery 4 lbs ground beef 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 -12 oz bottles ketchup 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Saute' onions, garlic and celery in large kettle. Add ground beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cool; skim off fat. Store in 1-pint containers in freezer to use as needed. Makes 31/2 quarts.
