Easy Turkey Salad

A great way to use up the leftover turkey everyone seems to have after Turkey Day.

1 small package slivered almonds
1/2 tbsp butter
2 lbs chopped turkey
2 c cooked long grain and brown rice mix
2 c chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 c green grape halves
2 - 11 oz cans mandarin oranges, drained
2 c mayo
2 c ranch salad dressing

Saute almonds in butter in skillet until golden. Combine turkey with remaining ingredients in bowl; mix well. Top with sauteed almonds. Chill in frige. Serves 15.
