Easy Chicken Potpie

2 - 12 oz cans chicken, chopped
2 - 15 oz cans diced potatoes, drained
1 large onion, chopped
2 - 10 oz cans cream of chicken soup
1 - 16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
salt and pepper
butter
1 - 10 count can biscuits

Combine the chicken, potatoes, onion, soup, mixed veggies, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Spoon into a greased baking dish and dot with butter. Separate the biscuits and place on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes and biscuits are golden brown. Serves 4.
