Southwestern Chicken Casserole


1 pound chicken cooked and cut into tiny pieces
1 bag tortilla chips
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
Hot chili powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 jar chunky salsa
1 ½ cup Mexican blend cheese
¼ cup black olives, sliced


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking dish with tortilla chips. Place chicken over top. In a large bowl, mix salsa, spices and soup together. Pour over chicken. Cover with cheese. Bake for 1 hour.
