1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1 packet taco seasoning mix
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 hamburger buns
1 avocado, sliced
1/4 c chunky salsa
Heat your grill. Mix chicken and seasoning mix. Shape into patties about 3/4 in thick. Cover and grill for about 14 minutes, turning once, until chicken is not pink. Top each burger with cheese. Cover and grill 2 minutes more until cheese is melted. Serve on buns topped with avocado and salsa.
