Believe it or Not Beef Stroganoff

1 lb lean round steak
½ c. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp light margarine, melted
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
3 tbsp dry red wine
1 tbsp cornstarch
¾ c. beef broth
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp dried whole dill weed
1 (8oz) carton plain low fat yogurt
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 c. cooked noodles

Partially freeze steak and slice across the grain into strips. Saute onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Add steak and mushrooms, stirring constantly until steak is browned. Add wine; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Dissolve cornstarch in broth; stir into beef mixture. Cook until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat, stir in pepper, dill weed and yogurt. Toss parsley with noodles and toss beef mixture into noodles. Serves 4. Approx. 290 calories per serving.
