Pork Chops with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients:
1 lb boneless pork chops
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp butter
¼ cup red onion, minced
¾ cup apple juice
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper

Instructions:
In a large skillet, melt the butter and heat the vegetable oil. Add the pork chops and season with salt and pepper. Fry the pork chops until cooked through, turning them once. Once the chops are cooked, remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the red onion to the skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes. Then stir in the apple juice. Bring to a quick boil and boil for about 4 minutes, while stirring continuously. Pour in the honey and vinegar, turn down the heat, and allow to simmer for a few minutes. Place the pork chops into the skillet again, heat through and serve immediately.
