1 large can Crescent rolls
Brown ground meat and season to taste. Drain grease. Remove crescent roll whole from package and roll out flat. Put ground meat and cheese onto surface of crescent roll directly down the center. Fold sides and
ends of crescent roll over ground meat and cheese to form something like a pizza pocket. Bake according to package directions. Bake at 350* Cooking Time: 30 minutes total Servings: 2-3

Multi-purpose Hamburger Mix
This is great to have on hand to fix quick Sloppy Joe's, goulash, etc.
4 onions, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 c chopped celery
4 lbs ground beef
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 -12 oz bottles ketchup
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Saute' onions, garlic and celery in large kettle. Add ground beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Simmer for 20 minutes. Cool; skim off fat. Store in 1-pint containers in freezer to use as needed. Makes 31/2 quarts.
