Tuna Cheesy Tortellini

This easy no-bake casserole is even better if you put it under the broiler for a couple of minutes. We love this recipe and it's a big kid favorite since they seem to really love tortellini. What goes well with this main dish? How about a nice green salad and some crusty garlic bread? Yummmm!

1 - 9 oz package of frozen cheese tortellini
1 1/2 c frozen broccoli, cut up
1 - 10 oz tub of Alfredo sauce
1 - 16 oz can water packed tuna, drained
1 tbsp melted butter
1/4 c bread crumbs

Cook tortellini and add broccoli during the last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain and return to pan. Add Alfredo sauce and tuna, mix well. Cook and stir until heated through. Spoon into ungreased 1 qt casserole dish. Combine butter and bread crumbs in a small bowl and sprinkle over top of casserole. Place under broiler for 2 minutes until golden brown.
