Buffalo Chicken Pita Pockets

1 tbsp oil
3/4 lb chicken breast strips
1/3 c hot wing sauce
2 c purchased coleslaw blend (comes in a 16 oz package usually)
4 pita pockets
4 tbsp blue cheese dressing
4 tbsp crumbled blue cheese

Heat oil in skillet and add chicken. Cook chicken for 5 minutes or until done. Add sauce; cook and stir until bubbling. Remove skillet from heat. Add coleslaw blend; toss to coat sauce. Spoon chicken mixture into each pita pocket. Top each with 1 tbsp salad dressing and 1 tbsp cheese.
