2 slices white bread, cubed
1 - 16 oz can chunk chicken, drained, flaked
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp grated onion
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp veg oil
Combine bread, chicken, egg, onion, carrot and salt in medium bowl; mix well. Shape into 3 inch round patties. Cook in oil in skillet until browned on both sides. Serves 2. Double recipe for family servings.
