1 1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder, optional
2 teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 cups cooked macaroni noodles
¼ cup milk
2 cups shredded cheddar or cheddar/Monterey Jack blend
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook ground beef, rinse and drain. Cook macaroni, rinse and drain. Blend macaroni with cheese and milk until noodles are well coated. Mix together all other ingredients together and add to macaroni and cheese. Place in a lightly sprayed baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until slightly browned on top.
