Cheesy Ham and Vegetable Casserole

1 package (10-oz.) broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mixture
1 can (10.75-oz.) Cheddar Cheese soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups chopped ham
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°. Cook veggies according to package directions; drain.
In a large bowl, combine soup and sour cream. Stir in broccoli, ham and
rice. Spoon into 1½-quart baking dish.

Combine bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl and sprinkle over
casserole. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve
warm.
