If you love the taste of fast food fish sandwiches but not the fat, here is a healthier alternative that you can make quick and easy at home. My preschooler loves this one too, so here you go again, another picky eater dinner idea that's easy to prepare.
8 frozen fat-free baked breaded fish fillets
2/3 c fat-free mayo or salad dressing
2 tbsp pickle relish
4 whole wheat sandwich buns
4 slices light American cheese
